Custom Laser Work

At Small Town Gallery, we use several different laser machines so we can choose the best tool for each project. Every machine has a different purpose, from large wood signs to tiny detailed engraving.

Our Thunder Laser is our large-format laser. It is used for bigger wood projects, door hangers, signs, layered pieces, ornaments, and custom cutouts.

This machine gives us clean cuts, smooth engraved details, and allows us to make larger custom pieces with precision.

The xTool F1 is a small, fast laser used for detailed engraving. It is great for smaller items where fine detail matters.

We use this machine for quick custom engraving and small personalized pieces.

Metal tags, tumblers, small gifts, jewelry pieces, keychains, and detailed engraving.

Our Glowforge Pro is another laser we use for creative custom projects. It works well for smaller signs, gifts, acrylic, wood, and detailed designs.

It is a great machine for specialty items and custom orders.

Laser cutting uses a focused beam of light to cut or engrave materials with accuracy. This allows us to make clean shapes, detailed lettering, layered wood art, custom signs, and personalized gifts.
